Writing code is the easy part. Knowing what to build is harder.
I spend most of my time figuring out why something is slow or broken, then building the smallest thing that fixes it. Simple solutions that get used beat clever ones that don't.
How I Work
If I do something twice, I automate it.
I use AI when it's useful, not when it's fashionable.
Fix the process first, then write the code.
I write things down so I don't solve the same problem twice.
